The Stocked Freezer, the cooking group I host in my home once a month, will be meeting April 23rd, 2012 at 6pm!

Usually the ladies and I prepare 5 entrees and a dessert to feed a family of 4. The ladies are able to take home 5 freezer ready meals that they can then warm up at their leisure and have a healthy meal to serve to their families. Now that I am 6 months pregnant, the thought of cooking for 150 people in 3 hours seems a little daunting! SO, for the next few months I will be hosting a series of chef’s and other food guru’s to come and demo for us in my kitchen. It’s going to be so much fun! This month, The Stocked Freezer will be hosting:

Victor Rede, Chef and Owner of “Rede to Cater”
Catering and Ice Sculptures

Victor will be demoing for us some fun rustic bread recipes along with a few spreads to go with the bread. I am looking forward to our time with him.
