It’s been months but I’m finally back to blogging. It feels good to be sharing some of the foods I’ve been experimenting with again. This granola cereal recipe is one of the early morning go-to breakfasts that I have been enjoying lately. This recipe is great for the whole family, especially everyone who is limited to a gluten free or wheat free diet.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Directions:
Prepare baking sheet by greasing it and set aside. First, combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until combined. Pour ingredients on greased baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 300 degrees. Stir ingredients in pan and then allow them to bake another 10 minutes at 300 degrees. Allow to cool, store in an airtight container and enjoy.
Makes about 3 Cups
Notes: I also like to add dried fruit to this recipe. Dates, raisins, apricots, blueberries, there are many dried fruits that I have tried and loved. You can also add fresh fruit to this cereal. Instead of dairy milk I like to substitute almond milk, which I like to buy at Trader Joe’s.
… Hope you all are having a fun and safe summer. If you like this post feel free to leave a comment below. Happy Friday!
